Judge Napalitano on states' right to secede

Featured Blogs 10th Amendment Center

On the right side of this blog page you'll notice a list of several featured sites. These sites are all bloggers or news sources I highly recommend. Some of the names on the list may be familiar to you, others not. The made the list by providing up to the minute news, excellent commentary, or a unique perspective on the problems were facing as a country. From time to time I'm going to feature these blogs individually to help promote their efforts. Anytime you visit Reganomic, please take a look at the list to see if something has been posted recently that you might enjoy. Today's featured blogger is The Tenth Amendment Center.

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." So it is written in the 10th Amendment. The 10th Amendment Center's stated purpose is:

"To preserve and protect Tenth Amendment freedoms through information and education. The center serves as a forum for the study and exploration of state and individual sovereignty issues, focusing primarily on the decentralization of federal government power."

The site is not only well designed, thoughtful and helpful to those in need of news and information, it is also a center of activism and gives people the opportunity and the means to get involved on a local, regional and national level. The main theme of organization is the use of secession to check the Federal Government in its voracious growth and the resulting loss of liberty for individuals and the states.

I do not agree with all the material posted on this site, but much of it is worthwhile.
