Let's tale about Ronald Reagan and where Osama bin Laden got his start. In 1979 a rich young Saudi fundamentalist drooped out of college in America and moved to Afghanistan to join the resistance. With the assisatance and funding of the Reagan administration, he formd a "foreign legion" of fundamentalists, which he brought to Afghanistan from elsewhere. We began calling them al-Qaeda ("the base") bin Laden's (Reagen's) term for his training camp. These traing camps were psrt of the Reagan administrations attemps to promote an economy he could not support without a war machinery. Who are the terrorists?
